Be Present

I was watching a series recently called “Coach Prime” which is about an American Football Coach Deion Sanders and the Jackson State University Football team. In one of the first episodes he came out with a great quote that should be used by both athletes and coaches alike:

“Don’t allow work to interfere with your home and don’t allow your home to interfere with with your work. Where your feet are is where I need your head to be”
