ONGOING WORK
SEASON-LONG SUPPORT
For athletes who need someone alongside them through a season rather than a set number of sessions. Access is deliberately limited so that it stays meaningful. Both are by application, starting with a call.
ELITE RETAINER

✓ A minimum of two 60-minute calls each month
✓ Messaging access between calls
✓ Contact with your coach and wider team
✓ Competition attendance where it suits athlete and coach

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Everything starts with a Discovery Call. Nothing is charged until we both agree the work is a fit.
MESSAGING
Message any time. Responses will vary depending on time zones and availability.
PAYMENT
Sessions and packages are paid in advance. Retainers are paid monthly in advance.
BOOKING
Bookings can be made through the online booking system, by WhatsApp or by email.
TRAVEL
Work outside Dubai is not included in any of the above and is quoted separately.
JUNIOR ATHLETES
A parent joins the Discovery Call. For under-16s a parent is copied on written contact.
