This past week, I had the chance to attend the MSc in Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology residential at Setanta College in Dublin. After flying in from Dubai, it was an awesome experience that really reminded me how important it is to approach learning with an open mind.

I recently went for a bike fitting at Wolfi's Performance Centre in Abu Dhabi. A group of us were due for some updates, so we thought it might be a fun trip during the Eid break.
