Individual performance sessions focused on mental skills, competitive preparation, and performing under pressure.

In person or online.

GROUP PROGRAMMES

Team and squad workshops on focus, composure, and mental preparation. For academies, school teams, and competitive groups at all levels.

JAMIE MCCONNELL

A performance coach and golf professional with over 15 years of experience working with Olympians, European Tour players, and elite junior athletes. Postgraduate students in Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology. Outside coaching, Jamie competes in Triathlons and time trial events. A personal pursuit that shapes how he thinks about long-term performance, consistency, and what actually feels like to prepare for and compete under pressure.
